Dyan Englund is an accomplished search and HR professional with more than twenty years of experience in executive placement, global talent acquisition and HR operations. She has extensive experience at the C-Suite, General Management and VP levels, having led search assignments across multiple industries and functional disciplines.
Regarded as both a trusted partner and an effective, incisive leader, Dyan has successfully built and led talent acquisition functions for some of the world’s biggest brands. Her early career included roles with Amazon, Clearwire and Expedia where she enabled the organizations to scale through periods of hyper-growth, to Korn Ferry International where she developed a reputation for execution excellence across industry sectors. Most recently Dyan served as a Senior Director of HR at a venture capital firm for invention, where she led HR and Recruiting Operations, Communications, Learning and Systems.
Dyan’s unique blend of industry knowledge, learning agility and deep client and candidate networks have enabled her success as an independent search consultant.
Dyan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of Washington’s School of Social Work.
